How it works
01
Find a machine
Inside a locally-owned shop near you. No app. No account. Just walk in.
02
Insert a dollar
Turn the knob. A capsule drops. This part is satisfying every time.
03
Go do the thing
Your fortune is a permission slip. Take it seriously. See what happens.
What's inside
Task
"Buy flowers for someone who won't expect them."
Something to do right now, or before the day ends.
Place
"Walk to the end of the nearest dead-end street."
Somewhere in your neighborhood you've never been.
Song
"Listen to Clair de Lune while you eat dinner tonight."
A song for this exact moment. Look it up. Hit play.
Prompt
"Tell someone something true that you've been keeping to yourself."
A nudge toward something harder and more interesting.
Every fortune is written for the store where the machine lives — the neighborhood, the vibe, the people who shop there.
